Custom Decals and Stickers Edmonton

This page covers everything we'd call a "decal": cut-vinyl logos, printed graphics, window stickers, automotive decals, regulatory markings, and bulk-printed stickers. Earlier our WordPress site had separate pages for commercial, window, automotive, and sticker variants; in practice they're the same material and install process applied to different surfaces. This is the canonical page; if you arrived via one of the older URLs, you're in the right place.

What we cut and print

Commercial vehicle decals

The trust-signal package on a service truck: company name, logo, phone number, website, licence info (gas, plumbing, electrical, contractor). Applied to doors, tailgate, and sometimes the bedside or rear panel. Lasts 5–7 years outdoors.

  • Single-colour cut-vinyl logo + lettering: $300–$800 per vehicle
  • Multi-colour or printed decal package: $600–$1,500 per vehicle
  • DOT, USDOT, MC, fuel placards: cut-vinyl, $80–$250 per set

For a complete vehicle branding package (decals + partial or full wrap), see truck wraps or fleet wraps.

Window decals and signage

Vinyl applied to commercial glass, interior or exterior surface depending on the application:

  • Cut-vinyl lettering for storefront names, hours, phone numbers: $100–$400 per window depending on size
  • Frosted privacy vinyl for office partitions, washroom doors, conference rooms: $14/sq ft installed
  • Perforated one-way window film (see out from inside, branded from outside): $14–$18/sq ft
  • Static-cling decals for short-term campaigns and seasonal displays: $40–$200 per decal

For larger window-graphic projects, see window graphics.

Automotive personal-vehicle decals

Decals for personal vehicles: racing stripes, hood designs, car-club stickers, sponsor logos:

  • Single decal (small logo, name, racing number): $15–$60
  • Vehicle-specific kit (racing stripes, custom design): $200–$800
  • Hood scoop overlay or roof skin: $300–$700

Custom sticker printing

Bulk-printed stickers and decals on adhesive vinyl:

  • Small die-cut stickers (3″ logo, brand sticker for handouts): $1.50–$3 each, volume discounts at 100+
  • Bumper-sticker format (3 × 11″): $2–$5 each
  • Custom shape, custom size: quoted per project; volume drops the per-unit cost rapidly past 100 units

Equipment and tool-case decals

Branding for things that aren't vehicles or buildings: toolboxes, equipment cases, helmets, tradeshow signage panels:

  • Single decal on equipment: $20–$100 per surface
  • Branded toolbox / case package: $80–$300 per case
  • Helmet decals (worker safety + branding): $4–$15 per helmet, volume pricing

Material and lifespan

The same cast vinyl that goes on a vehicle wrap is what we cut for decals. We use:

  • High-performance cast cut vinyl for outdoor-rated decals
  • Removable-adhesive grade for stickers meant to come off cleanly (window static-cling, vehicle decals that may need to be moved)
  • Permanent-adhesive grade for installations meant to last (vehicle decals, equipment branding)

All outdoor-rated cast cut-vinyl carries a 5–7 year warranty against fading, lifting, and cracking. Printed decals run through a print film and gloss over-laminate combination, our standard for the majority of print jobs, warranted for 4 years. Cheaper calendared vinyl fails sooner at panel edges; we don't stock it for outdoor decals.

How a decal project goes

  1. Send your file or describe the design. Vector format (AI, EPS, PDF) for cut-vinyl; vector or high-res raster for printed decals. If you don't have artwork, the in-house designer can create it.
  2. Proof. Digital mockup at scale, including any colour-matching considerations. Approved proof moves to production.
  3. Cut or print. 1–3 business days for cut-vinyl; 3–5 days for printed work.
  4. Install or pickup. We install vehicle decals, window graphics, and any wall-mounted decals in our shop or at your location. Sticker batches are pickup or shipped.

Common questions

What's the smallest order you'll take?

One decal. No minimum. Per-unit price drops on volume; 100+ stickers is meaningfully cheaper per unit than 10.

Will a decal damage my paint or window?

Cut-vinyl removes cleanly within its 5–7 year rated life on properly-prepped surfaces. Removable-adhesive grade is even more forgiving. Permanent-adhesive grade is harder to remove cleanly past the warranty window; pick the grade that matches your intent on quote day.

Can you cut shapes other than rectangles?

Yes. Die-cut to any vector shape. Custom shapes are the same price as rectangles in most cases. Complex shapes with internal cutouts can add to the cut cost slightly.

What about UV resistance on stickers and decals?

Outdoor-rated cast cut-vinyl lasts 5–7 years outdoors; printed decals with our standard laminate are warranted for 4 years. Indoor decals last indefinitely. Cheaper "vinyl decals" sold in bulk online are usually calendared and fade in 1–2 outdoor seasons; we don't stock those.

Can you match colours from my brand guide?

Standard CMYK printing for printed decals; Pantone-matched for $35 per spot colour. Cut-vinyl uses pre-pigmented vinyl colour from the catalog; we match to the closest Pantone available.

Will my decals work on a wrapped vehicle?

Yes. Decals adhere to vinyl wraps as readily as to bare paint. If you're updating contact info on a wrapped vehicle (new phone number, new website), a cut-vinyl patch over the existing wrap is standard practice. $80–$300 typically.

Do you ship decals outside Edmonton?

Sticker batches and small decal orders ship Canada-wide. Installed work (vehicle decals, window graphics, wall applications) needs to come to our shop or be installed on-site in the Edmonton area.

How is this page different from window-decals or commercial-decals?

It's not. Earlier our site had separate pages for commercial vehicle decals, window decals, and automotive stickers; they all use the same materials and process, so we've folded them into this one canonical page. The old URLs now redirect here.
