We like to be paid for our work, and you like to get what you paid for. Everything on this page and the pages it links to exists to set expectations before the vinyl goes on, not to win an argument afterwards.
Who you are contracting with
Choice Graphics is a registered Alberta trade name of Choice Online Marketing Group Inc., an Alberta corporation. When you accept a quote, pay a deposit, or take delivery of a vehicle, that corporation is the party on the other side of the contract.

Choice Wraps is a former trading name of the same corporation. The shop traded as Choice Wraps until 2026 and rebranded to Choice Graphics. Work quoted, invoiced, or installed under the Choice Wraps name is our work, covered by the same warranty and the same coverage, and a claim or a warranty request naming Choice Wraps reaches the same company.
What each document covers
- Terms of Sale governs quotes, estimates, deposits, change orders, cancellations, product orders, and how we invoice signage work.
- Limited Warranty governs what we stand behind after installation and for how long.
- Liability and Vehicle Care governs what happens if something goes wrong, including while your vehicle is in our care.
- Privacy Policy governs the personal information we collect, including recorded phone calls.
Where a signed quote, work order, or written agreement says something different from these pages, the signed document governs for that job.
Vehicles in our care
We carry commercial insurance appropriate to a vehicle graphics shop, including coverage for customers' automobiles in our care, custody, or control at our Edmonton premises. Two things about it matter to you before you leave a vehicle with us.
That coverage insures us, not you. It responds where liability for damage is imposed on us by law. It is not a substitute for your own insurance, which stays in place and stays primary for your vehicle. Keep your vehicle registered and insured while it is with us.
Like every policy, it carries limits, deductibles, and conditions, and they differ between a collision claim and a fire or theft claim. We do not publish those particulars, because they change at every renewal and a figure on a web page is a promise we would then have to keep. If you need to know the position for a specific vehicle or a fleet drop-off, ask us in writing before you book and we will answer in writing. A previous version of this page stated a single coverage figure; it did not describe the policy accurately and has been removed.
High-value vehicles need a written declaration. If the total value of everything you leave with us is over $100,000, tell us in writing before you drop off and get our written confirmation that we received it. Without that declaration we are accepting the vehicle on the basis that the total value is under $100,000. This is our intake requirement, not a statement of what any policy pays. It matters most for coach vehicles, sprinter conversions, specialty builds, and multi-vehicle fleet drop-offs.
Trade names, trademarks, and our artwork
CHOICE GRAPHICS is our trade name and our trademark. It is registered with the Alberta Corporate Registry as trade name TN28440204, and we use it in Alberta in association with vehicle wrapping, paint protection film, graphic design, printing, and signage. Choice Graphics™, the Choice Graphics logo, our wordmark, and our colour treatment are trademarks of Choice Online Marketing Group Inc., whether registered or not.
You may not use our name, logo, or wordmark to identify your own business, on your own signage, vehicles, storefront, website, domain name, social profiles, or advertising, or in any way likely to suggest we made your work or endorsed it. We do not licence our marks, and nothing on this website grants a licence to them.
That restriction runs the other way too. Your artwork stays yours. Logos, brand assets, and files you supply remain your property, and you licence them to us only for the purpose of designing, proofing, printing, and installing your job. Design work we create for you is licensed to you for the use it was quoted for once the invoice is paid in full. We keep the right to photograph completed work and show it in our gallery, portfolio, and advertising unless you tell us in writing before installation that you would rather we did not.
If you believe someone is trading on our name, tell us at [email protected].
Your rights under Alberta law
Nothing on these pages takes away a right you have under Alberta's Consumer Protection Act, the Sale of Goods Act, or any other law that applies to you. Alberta law says a consumer cannot waive the protections of the Consumer Protection Act, and we are not trying to make you. Where anything we have written conflicts with a right you hold under statute, the statute governs and the rest of the document stands.
