Real Estate Vehicle Wraps Edmonton

Door vinyl on a dark blue Volvo SUV for a Royal LePage agent, carrying the brokerage logo, the agent name, and a phone number

Real-estate vehicle branding is the lowest-commitment category we install. An agent driving a personal vehicle wants the brokerage logo, their name, and a phone number visible at showings and during the school drop-off, but doesn't want a full-wrap that reads as "I do this 12 hours a day" or that locks the vehicle into brokerage-specific branding if they switch firms.

What's different about wrapping a real-estate vehicle

  • It's a personal vehicle. Family in the back seat, groceries in the trunk, school pickups. Branding that's too aggressive feels off-brand for the lifestyle the vehicle is used in.
  • Brokerage rules vary. Some brokerages mandate branded vehicles (re/max, Sutton, Royal LePage often have brand-use guidelines); others leave it to the agent. Some brokerages explicitly forbid full wraps on agent vehicles. Check with your broker before booking anything beyond door decals.
  • Agent turnover. Agents change brokerages every few years on average. Cut-vinyl door branding is easily replaceable when an agent changes firms; full wraps aren't. This drives most agents toward lower-commitment options.
  • Magnetic signs as a hybrid. Magnetic door signs (set of 2) attach for showings and come off for personal use. The lowest-commitment branding option in this category. $120–$200 per set.
  • Window magnets / window decals. Static-cling decals for the rear window display credentials, contact info, brokerage logo: visible at the residential showings agents park at all day.

Common real-estate wrap patterns

In order from lowest to highest commitment:

  1. Magnetic door signs. $120–$200 per set. Removable, agent-portable across vehicle changes.
  2. Cut-vinyl door branding. $300–$800 per vehicle. Agent name + brokerage logo + phone on each door. Removable cleanly within the rated life.
  3. Door + tailgate cut-vinyl. $500–$1,200. Adds the rear glass or tailgate for highway-visibility branding.
  4. Window decals + door branding. $400–$1,000. Cut-vinyl on doors plus static-cling on rear window.
  5. Full SUV partial wrap. $1,500–$3,000. Doors + rear panel printed branding. Uncommon for agents; more typical for brokerage-owned vehicles or top producers.

Common questions

What does my brokerage allow?

Varies by brokerage. Re/Max, Royal LePage, Sutton, Century 21, and most major franchises have brand-use guidelines specifying logo placement, colour, and minimum-sizing. Bring your brokerage's brand guide; we'll apply your branding within those rules. Boutique and independent brokerages usually have more flexibility.

Will the door branding damage my car when I take it off?

Cut-vinyl removes cleanly within its rated life (5–7 years). Past that, residue may need adhesive remover. We use cast vinyl on door applications specifically because it's the most reliably-removable. Magnetic signs leave no residue.

Can I put my own contact info on the magnetic signs and keep the brokerage logo cut-vinyl?

Yes, common pattern. Brokerage logo as cut-vinyl on the door (permanent within the wrap life), agent contact info on magnetic signs (changes when you move brokerages or want to update info). Best of both worlds.

What about the rear window: can I put my photo on it?

We don't recommend large agent photos on rear windows. They date quickly, they obstruct rearward visibility, and most customers don't seek them. Phone number + brokerage logo + "ASK ME ABOUT [neighbourhood]" type messaging works better.
